Arcade Fire Juno Awards

Arcade Fire picked up four Junos at the other night’s Juno Awards, while host Drake was shut out completely. Drake actually lead the nominations count with six chances to take home an award. Justin Bieber did better– he took home two awards. Maybe that’ll make him feel better about his Grammy losses? Anyway Arcade Fire was also at the event, here’s the band doing “Rococo” at the ceremony:

  1. This was the first year in a long time the Junos weren’t a complete farce, mostly because Celine, Nickelback, and Michael Buble didn’t release anything last year.

Still some terrible choices up there, but I am 38.6% less ashamed to be Canadian this year.

  2. while i have never been ashamed, i get your point. this performance was shockingly good.

  3. Sweet performance! Also, why was Caribou nominated for “Best new artist”?
