Yesterday we celebrated The Queen Is Dead’s 25th Anniversary. Today we celebrate the live version of new Morrissey song, “The Kid’s A Looker,” which Moz performed on BBC Radio 2 a few days ago along with “People Are The Same Everywhere” and “Action Is My Middle Name.” He did those other tracks, too, but so far no video’s surfaced. In the meantime, this is what “The Kid’s A Looker” looked like at Perth Concert Hall. He also offered a cover of Metallica pal Lou Reed’s “Satellite Of Love.”

The setlist (via NME):

“The Boy Racer”
“I Want The One I Can’t Have”
“Everyday Is Like Sunday”
“There Is A Light That Never Goes Out”
“First Of The Gang To Die”
“Irish Blood, English Heart”
“Shoplifters Of The World Unite”
“You Have Killed Me”
“Speedway”
“Alma Matters”
“Action Is My Middle Name”
“The Kid’s A Looker”
“People Are The Same Everywhere”
“I Know It’s Over”
“Satellite Of Love” (Lou Reed Cover)
“I’m Throwing My Arms Around Paris”
“Ouija Board, Ouija Board”
“Meat Is Murder”
“One Day Goodbye Will Be Farewell”

  1. It’s too bad Morrissey can’t stand the TV. He’s missing out on Breaking Bad. Or maybe he’s just still upset with what they did with Sal on Mad Men. I mean, who isn’t?
