The British psych-folk band A Band Of Bees, known in their homeland simply as the Bees, have already released their new album Every Step’s A Yes overseas. In the U.S., it’s due tomorrow, and the American version includes bonuses like the Mamas And The Papas’ “Go Where You Wanna Go” and a live version of Portishead’s “The Rip.” And below, we’ve got the entire album streaming.

This album is amazing.
I really dig this! It’s west coast psychedelic songs, Moody Blues arrangements, Alan Parsons mixing, and early 60′s club instrumentation. The white rose made me want to break out the old spring reverb and was that a vibraphone doubling the guitar? The light touch on the mixing and the spot on sixties reverb spaces make for a welcome break from the heavy handed pop that’s so prevalent these day’s. A great headphone listen!
