2:54 released their sophomore album, The Other I, last fall, but that doesn’t mean they’re going to rest on their laurels in 2015. So far this year, sisters Colette and Hannah Thurlow have covered Paramore’s “Now” for Rookie, released the video for “Crest,” and now have given us another cover: “Take It As It Comes” by the Doors. Their cover fuzzes the edges of the song out into a streaky, wandering bit of gloomy pop — leaving out the organ from the Doors’ original. Listen below.
