Headbang-inducers Turnstile make blistering, unrelenting punishment in quick bursts. Last year’s Nonstop Feeling was a barrage of swift punches to the gut, with the longest song clocking in at just over three minutes. One of the quickest and most vicious tracks is “Addicted,” and today it receives a trippy animated video treatment courtesy of Elliot Bech. This video could have gone very dark, but instead, Bech’s crude, hallucinogenic animation does some subtle hinting at double meanings for an epic fight over a chicken drumstick, and it’s awesome.
