In the weeks ahead, a group of artists that includes people like Bon Iver, Björk, and St. Vincent will release new 7″ singles to raise money for Planned Parenthood. One of the participating artists is the legendary rock trio Sleater-Kinney. They’ve contributed “Here We Come,” a tough, serrated punker that comes from the sessions that produced No Cities To Love, the great comeback album that the band released last year. As Brooklyn Vegan points out, “Here We Come” is up online now, and you can hear it below.
No Cities To Love is out now on Sub Pop, and “Here We Come” is out at iTunes.
