I watched! I was confused if the suits had been sitting on this important evidence regarding the death of Rayna's mom. Did it just wash up in a river or something? "Hey, we found this very important document from Rayna's dad where he said it was a murder. It's also notarized. Yeah, it just washed up on the shore."
It was alright. I like Whedon things so I liked seeing some old friends pop up.
My guess on Coulson is that he is a robot or a clone. I had originally thought he was going to be a robot that becomes Ultron, but since James "The Blacklist" Spader was cast as Ultron, my theories have gone out the window.
I always like ragtag shows and this group seems pretty ragtag, so I am on board!
I liked it. I am more forgiving of the show than some of my friends and acquaintances who also enjoy it. Hopefully, the final season stuff can propel the forces behind the show to get back to beloved zany hijinx of earlier seasons instead of the hated zany hijinx of later seasons. Kind of wish there was more Jason Segel interacting with the main cast (but I think I read that they were accommodating to Segel's schedule which probably explains him away from the main cast. However, I am not entirely sure if I read that or that I just assumed that so I am putting this all in a parenthetical), but it's a long season.
I was able to keep up with the whole show, because during the second hour a huge fucking bug showed up in the room I was watching. I spent the next hour-and-a-half embroiled in a battle trying to terminate the bug. I finally got it around Shemar Moore's fifteenth backstage update.
It also kind of seems odd that all the MF people go out of their way to get supporting, but CBS kind of throws the support behind Parsons over Galecki. Where are all my Galecki heads, CBS!
There was a big meeting at work today with people from another office. I was not part of this meeting, but that is not important. However, due to the length of the meeting and the history of meetings with this other office, some of my office was getting psyched up for after work beers as a team-building thing, aka free beers. Around 4:30, the meeting broke - too early for ending work for beers, decided the meeters.
Today, there will be no beers.
I'm not expert in Canadian law, but isn't using emergency services like this a crime? What would the penalty be? Hopefully like a Brokedown Palace situation, but where there is only a prison for bloggers who react in the COOLEST way at press screenings.
