Last week, Prince released a new digital single called “Screw Driver,” and now he’s given us another one. This one is called “Breakfast Can Wait,” and it’s an almost comically lush sex-funk jam about boning in the AM. In addition to some seriously lascivious bass-popping, it’s got Prince bringing back a time-honored trick, using his own pitched-up voice as a backup singer. Listen below.

this would have been a perfect prince song when he used his old drum sounds. but i like it. finally not the boring god loving, fight against the world song. prince is about sex. good job by bringing that back
