Kings Of Leon just released their perfectly competent bar-rock comeback record Mechanical Bull. To celebrate, they stopped by Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday to perform the album track “Temple,” which bears hallmarks of the old “Southern rock Strokes” sound but should slot in just fine between “Use Somebody” and “Sex On Fire” in the world’s arenas for the next few decades. Feast on the meat and potatoes below.

Mechanical Bull is out now on RCA.

  1. whos the 5th guy ? if his last name isnt followill idk what to do really

  2. just streamed the whole record after getting siked by Supersoaker. hopes dashed :(

  3. Wish they would have played “Supersoaker” love that track!

  4. Awesome 90′s rock vibe here but not too fast a tempo to be true 90′s rock vibey and therefore crappy. Perfect balance between “sincere” and “Matchbox 20″.
