Pusha T - "King Push" video

The cold-blooded Clipse rapper Pusha T releases his new solo album My Name Is My Name next month, and from all available evidence (“Numbers On The Boards,” “Who I Am,” “Sweet Serenade, “Nosetalgia“) it is going to rule. Further evidence: “King Push,” a new track that Kanye West co-produced with, of all possible people, Joaquin Phoenix (UPDATE: jk). Check out the hard, minimal video for the track below.

My Name Is My Name is out 10/8 on G.O.O.D. Music.

  1. Is Drake in this?

  2. nice to hear those new slaves samples taken full advantage of

  3. Of all the infinite number of universes we could have ended up inhabiting, I’m just really glad we got the one where Joaquin Phoenix and Pusha T made a dope-ass song together.

  4. “i’m king push, this king push
i rap nigga bout trap niggas
    i don’t sing hooks”

We will just have to guess towards which known rapper/singer this is directed at…

  5. If you preview the 1:30 minutes of songs on iTunes you can tell that this album falls off halfway through and doesn’t recover ’til the Pharrell track at the end, partially because of the rap&B stuff

half a good album ain’t bad though and this beat is awesome

  6. Great track, great video, pretty great album.
