Saint Heron

Cut 4 Me, the great new mixtape from the Los Angeles singer Kelela, is a hard and pointed R&B record with icy-cool production from some of the sharpest minds in forward-thinking dance music. The tape includes a clip of a track called “Go All Night,” a spare throb of a sex-song that carries big Aaliyah echoes. The entire version of that track is now online, thanks to Solange. Solange’s new label Saint Records will soon put out its first record, a compilation called Saint Heron. The collection includes tracks from Solange, Cassie, Sampha, Jhené Aiko, Kingdom, and other people who are presumably conversant in Brandy album tracks. The full version of “Go All Night” is on there, and you can hear it below.

Saint Heron is out 11/12 on Saint.
