Because he can’t help but stoke the fuels of Twitter snark every few weeks, the man known to the government as Sean Combs (and to beloved former Stereogummer Amrit Singh as “boss”) has changed his name from Diddy back to classic-era Puff Daddy. And the rechristened Puff is working on a new album called Money Making Mitch, which is also a potential new nickname. For his first single, he’s lined up frequent business partners Rick Ross and French Montana to make a wonderfully overblown piece of money-talk called “Big Homie.” The song isn’t going to change your life or anything, but it’s better than most recent Ross because Puff at least sounds like he’s enjoying his money.
