Made In America 2014

This year, its third, Budweiser’s Jay Z-curated Made In America festival is expanding to two different coasts, holding down Labor Day weekend in both Philadelphia and Los Angeles. And while we don’t yet know who’s playing the L.A. festival, the organizers have just announced the Philly lineup. Kanye West and Kings Of Leon will serve as headliners, and the rest of the bill is a jumble, heavier on dance music than past years. The National, Pharrell, Girl Talk, Spoon, Chromeo, J. Cole, Grimes, De La Soul, Danny Brown, YG, Holy Ghost!, and Young & Sick will all perform, sharing stages with EDM types like Tiësto and Steve Aoki. The show comes to Philadelphia’s Ben Franklin Parkway 8/30-31, and you’ll find more details here.

  1. Not too shabby…

  2. I love seeing The National above Pharrell (not that I don’t like Pharrell, it just makes me happy to see how big of a draw The National are these days).
