Charli XCX has a hit with her recent single “Boom Clap,” which was written for The Fault In Our Stars (that critically acclaimed movie about teens with cancer that I’m avoiding because it’ll make me cry), and last night she stopped by Seth Meyers to perform the song. If you’ve ever seen her live, you know how hard her songs hit in front of an audience, so it’s no surprise that she knocks it out of the park here. Watch it below.
She did it again on TODAY this morning.
And now she’s released ASTR’s and Club Killers’ remixes of the song along with her fall tour dates for North America…

Before the Late Night taping, Charli did a Q&A on her Tumblr where she gave some silly answers to questions (usually in the form of a GIF), the most exciting of which was her response to when her album will be out: “later on this year. PROMISE.” Although based on her previous comments, we might actually be getting two albums. We can only hope that “Boom Clap” is gonna end up on one of them.
