William Phillips, the London producer known as Tourist, had a hand in Jessie Ware’s typically smooth and sensual “Pieces” and recently released his own glitchy “Wait.” Both those songs were moody in tone, but Tourist’s new “Illuminate,” which just aired on Annie Mac’s BBC show, is uptempo and optimistic. Years & Years singer Olly Alexander provides the vocal, and he pirouettes on the brisk, burbling beat like Sam Smith on Disclosure’s “Latch.” It’s a jam, so jam to it below.

“Illuminate” is out digitally 11/16 on Polydor and is set to impact radio 1/12.
