AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd was scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday morning in New Zealand to enter a plea on charges of threatening to kill and drug possession. Rudd was late to court, which automatically meant the judge had to issue a warrant for his arrest that was rescinded after he arrived. While in court, Rudd “winked at the media, drummed a rhythm on the dock, then sped away from court in a black sports car,” according to The New Zealand Herald. There are also pictures of him jumping on his security guard’s back outside of the courthouse. Rudd entered a plea of not guilty on both charges. He is scheduled to come back to court on 12/2.

UPDATE 12/2: Early this morning Rudd pleaded not guilty to charges of threatening to kill and possession of drugs.
