Titus Andronicus released their sprawling, life-affirming concept album The Most Lamentable Tragedy last year, and in the grand tradition of their “Fired Up” remix, they’ve just shared a new remix for “Mr. E Mann,” maybe the album’s single catchiest song. The new clip gives the song a full orchestral-pop makeover, removing all the overdriven guitars and replacing them with glockenspiel, viola, and piano. Owen Pallett’s string arrangement gets to be the star this time. Check it out below.

The Most Lamentable Tragedy is out now on Merge. The “Mr. E Mann” remix will appear on the final installment of the band’s Seven Seven Inches project, due in spring.
