Last month, Beyoncé effectively ripped faces off with her bizarre and excellent new single “Bow Down / I Been On.” And now she’s following that up with something that seems much more conventional: A way-more-linear new single, debuting in a Pepsi ad. The new song is the Timbaland-produced “Grown Woman,” and we hear a chunk of it in a minute-long commercial, directed by Jake Nava, in which Beyoncé dances with previous iterations of herself. The song sounds pretty good, from what I can tell, but I’m more impressed by how seamlessly woven-together this particular ad is. Watch it below.
