This has been a big year for the War On Drugs, between the acclaim for Lost In The Dream, an extensive tour, and … some other stuff. Frontman Adam Granduciel was recruited for The New York Times’ T Magazine to take a camera around with him to document everything that the band did and everywhere they went in order to create a photo diary. This wasn’t hard for Granduciel, who is an avid photographer anyway. “For me, it’s not even about what it looks like — I like the anticipation of not knowing what it’s going to look like,” he told the publication. “I get such joy out of shooting film and having a bunch of undeveloped rolls … That’s the most fun, for me.” You can view some of the pictures below and check out the whole gallery here.
