Thinking back on past episodes of Sound Advice, the online video series in which Saturday Night Live cast member Vanessa Bayer plays a media coach who advises musicians, I can’t think of too many actual pieces of advice that Bayer’s character has given. In the latest episode, she gives exactly one piece of advice: Get involved with some sort of scandal. Bayer’s latest co-star is St. Vincent, who has a long history of being funny on camera and whose reaction shots are great. And her otherworldly recent look gives Bayer plenty to work with. It’s pretty impressive that Bayer is still cranking these things out during the actual SNL season.
