Grizzly Bear member Chris Taylor is a busy man. He releases solo music as CANT, he co-founded the Terrible Records label, and he has a truly impressive chin/cheekbones/hair-swoop situation, which cannot be easy to maintain. Apparently, he also cooks. And next year, along with co-author Ithai Scorchi, he’ll publish a cookbook called Twenty Dinners. Pitchfork points out that the book collects recipes to 20 fully coursed and seasonally relevant dinners. And when you consider that Grizzly Bear tends to sound really good in the background while you’re eating dinner, it all connects. The book is out 4/7, via Random House.
