Happy Beyoncé Day, Minnesotans! Queen Bey is taking her Formation World Tour to Minneapolis’ TCF Bank Stadium tonight, and in honor of that momentous occasion, Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton has officially declared today, 5/23/16, to be “Beyoncé Day” in the state of Minnesota. Seriously, there’s an official seal and everything:
