Sick Adele Shares Video Apology For Cancelling Tonight’s Phoenix Concert

Adele played a show at Phoenix, Arizona’s Talking Stick Resort Arena last night, and she was scheduled to do another one there today. Unfortunately, famous people get sick too, and singing like Adele isn’t really something you can do when you have a bad cold, even if you’re Adele. So, thanks to some ill-timed illness, Adele’s show in Phoenix tonight has been cancelled, and the singer has shared a video message via Twitter explaining the situation and apologizing profusely to her fans. Feel better, Adele!

UPDATE: Adele tweeted that the postponed show will be rescheduled to Monday 11/21. Here’s the info:

After the postponement of last night’s show at Talking Stick Resort Arena, Phoenix AZ, we are pleased to announce that we have been able to reschedule this show to Monday, November 21st 2016, at the same venue.

Tickets for the original show (August 18th, 2016) will be honoured on the new date.
