Sundance Channel’s Iconoclasts captures celebrities “through the eyes of the creative visionaries who respect and admire them the most.” It’s made for some revolutionary TV: Eddie Vedder and Laird Hamilton talking about surfing, Mario Batali and Michael Stipe going vegetable shopping, etc… But this next episode is the one we’ve been waiting for: Fiona Apple and Quentin Tarantino! Sundance says Iconoclasts “changes the way you see celebrity,” but this is pretty much what we expected:
Also in the episode Quentin plays some mean air piano at Fiona’s soundcheck, and the two bond over their fear of “awkward, embarrassing moments.” Tune in for all the insanity Thursday, 9 PM EST.
TIP: Watch the clip imagining it’s Fred Armisen and Amy Poehler. Much funnier.
