It’s been five years since the singer-songwriter and former Rodan member Tara Jane O’Neil last released a solo album, but her Where Shine New Lights arrives later this month, and we’ve already posted the early track “Wordless In Woods.” Another track from that album, “Elemental Finding,” is a stark, slow, hushed hymn that recalls late-’90s Low.
