Guys, Wolf Eyes' video for "T.O.D.D."
I'd like to express my absolute love to Circuit Des Yeux side project Jackie Lynn’s self-titled debut. Mini album, not even 30 minutes long. Not a dud in its tracklist. Highly recommend people check it out.
My copy just came in. Both A/B and C/D. Thanks amazon!!
So my pre-order just shipped. I really thought they were going to cancel it, since the album doesn't show anymore in their page. Let's see. Fingers crossed.
Let us know if you get the A/B disc! I hope you do.
Mine still hasn't shipped, but I haven't got any cancellation email or anything. Fingers crossed.
I don't like Yacht that much and this was executed rather poorly. But I think the core idea, "Band's sex-tape leaks, ends up in pornhub, turns out to be an alien invasion video", is kind of cool. It could've worked if they hadn't released that shitty and manipulative statement.
fuck you, 2016. you suck.
Can't wait for this. Also, if you go to their facebook page and click on the header, you'll find a link to download another single, 'Lost Under Heaven'.
i know it's not cool to like Yeasayer anymore, but i'm absolutely loving Amen & Goodbye.
OK, loved 4 out of 4. Glad I pre-ordered this.
I can of lost interest on these guys Fragrant World, but these new singles are great.
"Bitch Better Have My Money" is not in it. :(
If it weren't for that Amber Rose slut-shaming, this could be my favorite twitter fight of all time.
what a creep. so glad she spoke out. (also, seeing her picture all over my newsfeed got me falsely exciter for a new dirty projectors album. or her solo album. bummer)
You're telling me there's people who would rather cherish a moment than hear a new LCD Soundsystem album? That's just nuts.
4AD lists 'Realiti' as a 'CD and digital only' track. :(
Surprise album on a Thursday night? Damn you, Global Release Day.
It went straight to On Demand in the States, but it played theatrical world wide. It's a feature film, unlike his hour-long Master of Horror episodes.
Starts like Grizzly Bear's 'Alligator', ends with 'You Can't Always Get What You Want'-like choir. Love it. This is going to be *the* song of the week coming friday, right Stereogum?
Sorry, but February's best soundtrack moment was Batman's song in The Lego Movie.
yes. many times yes.
Slasher Flick's 'Little Fang' was song of the week. In my heart, at least.
I'm sure a 'Hard Fidelity' .gif in this thread will win in this week's best comments. Wish I knew which one. :S
Watching, not judging.
That "Here Comes the Night Time-Normal Person-You Already Know" stretch is pretty much perfect, no?
I have to say Modern Vampires of the City all the way. Masterpiece.
Here are Pitchfork's Ryan Schreiber's notes on his first listen, back in January http://ryanpitchfork.tumblr.com/post/49415140639/handwritten-notes-from-my-first-listen-to-daft So yeah, BNM. No backtracking here. Not that it makes any difference, tho.
for the first time ever I agree 100% with a stereogum ranking.
Definitely worth a mention over the Buddha of Suburbia OST.
Yes and yes. This list is pure troll bait.
This album is pretty great.
There's a reason why the absent "Should I Stay Or Should I Go" might be their biggest hit and it's because it's bloody awesome.
