Woods – “Leaves Like Glass”

The expansive New York folk-rock band Woods has quietly been building a seriously lovable discography over the past few years, getting slowly better with every album; their last one, 2012’s Bend Beyond, will slowly slay you if you let it. Today, they announce plans to follow that album up with one called With Light And With Love, which arrives in spring, and which, according to a press release, will feature “singing saw, heavier emphasis on percussion, and a saloon piano.” First single “Leaves Like Glass” is a delicate jangler with some serious “Like A Rolling Stone” vibes in its organ drone. Listen to the song and check out the album’s tracklist below.
