This is a different, it's not like the artists p4k gives BNM too are having sex with staff members under the table. FAQ is just spewing butthurt hot air because "facts" and "music criticism" are always going to be somewhat mutually exclusive. Meaghan Garvey offered her opinion and interpretation of Future Brown's music, and you can't say that an opinion based interpretation is bad because the facts are wrong.

Meaghan Garvey's review absolutely nailed how I feel about these guys, and their response is making me lose whatever respect I had for them. The fact that their Vernaculo video is supposed to be some wannabe PC Music capitalism critique yet they are walking billboards for Hood By Air and are sponsored by Red Bull is really hypocritical.

I never noticed how much Jesso reminded me of Christopher Owens until I heard his new song. J.R. White's involvement is probably part of it, but it's really uncanny when he's pushing his voice like that. March 17 literally cannot come soon enough.

Can we seriously stop painting all 4chan users as some kind of homogeneous, evil boogeymen? I browse and occasionally post on /mu/, and if you go there for two seconds you will see that, like in any large internet community, there are awful people who will say awful things, but most of the board is, while it may not be that structured or eloquent as Stereogum, actual discussion of music. DIIV's bassist could have said those things anywhere and recieved the same, justified, reaction. NOTE: this does not apply to /pol/, /mlp/, or any of the porn boards.
