I read it. There's a reference to a 2009 recording session that didn't produce anything. How is that an answer to my question?
Love Robyn but what is particularly unconventional about songs like "Call Your Girlfriend"?
People are going to hate on him but this rules.
what the fuck is this, they sound like this now?
Damn, how bummed were you guys when Pitchfork posted almost an identical article like a week ago?
I went to one of the shows Charles did with Cymbals Eat Guitars as his backing band and the new Wrens songs sounded great. So maybe!
Just when you think this song can't get any better that short little bridge hits and its just AHHHHHHHH
"boys or girls these days shit it don't matter" How many times is he going to have to reference it before people believe him?
Oh nice, a Jim song. I feel like he wrote/sang some of the most underrated TGUK tracks.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=88zQ_sf6BMg Still great
Looking back on it it seems Warped Tour was basically a traveling circus of rapists.
Can't believe i had to scroll so much to find a Smell The Glove joke.
I'm trying desperately to give a shit about this but I just can't. Who cares.
Hire a digital publicist.
A bunch of lame people just got very sad.
They faked breaking up to sell out MSG then got back together 2 years later.
Can't believe people still listen to this fraud-ass band.
Does anyone else find RTJ kinda corny now? Hard to put a finger on it. Might be the fanbase.
When you quit you're going to feel like a fucking idiot for thinking they were ever good. Spoiler alert.
Literally the single dumbest place on earth to pick a fight with somebody. Another L for Meek.
Shilling for Kit Kat and having a song where you whisper "don't forget the happy thoughts" in a cutesy baby voice?
Are people enthusiatic fans of this boring music? Like, at shows do people sing along and dance and shit? Even the band seems totally bored.
We're 4 days away from Donald Trump being President and this is what people are concerning themselves with. We're absolutely fucked. WHO FUCKING CARES ABOUT THIS SHIT
This is sure to change the mind of every Trump-loving Kirstin Kontrol fan! All none of them
This dude has made so much music for whiny college students that he became one.
Apple Music is more or less identical to Spotify and also costs 10 dollars.
First and foremost, I want to begin by wishing Lil Wayne the absolute best during this time of medical trouble. He is in my thoughts and prayers. Many people condemn his current music and scorn his lyrics, but he will definitely be remembered as one of the greats when it is all said and done with. Lil Wayne's music played a very pivotal role in my own personal life and I will always admire his content, personality and entertainment that he consistently provided us with. At the time of this writing, Wayne is reportedly in good and stable condition at the hospital following another seizure. On this subreddit, as well as on comment boards on sites ranging from TMZ to USA Today, I have read a plethora of remarks attacking Wayne's use of lean, which is a combination drug consisting of promethazine (an antihistamine) and codeine (an opiate). Because opiates are incredibly addictive and withdrawals are hellish, obviously, no one would be advised to continue abusing opiates in any condition and I firmly believe Wayne needs to stop using lean. However, there is no sense or logic in blaming it for his seizures. Opiates do NOT cause seizures. There have only been a very limited number of instances in which extremely large doses of opiates (far beyond what someone could reasonably consume before overdosing and having their respiratory system shut down) have triggered seizures, even in people already prone to them due to epilepsy. What is most likely causing these seizures is Xanax, or some other benzodiazepine. Most people are aware that abruptly ceasing use of benzodiazepines after regularly taking them can prompt a seizure. However, unfortunately, most people are unaware that even binging on them for a few days and stopping can also trigger a seizure. This risk is magnified in someone who is already prone to seizures, which, according to his doctors, Weezy is. Lil Wayne's recent work has been littered with nods and references to Xanax, Klonopin and other benzodiazepines. It's apparent that he's using them in large amounts. To make matters worse, this is nothing new. He has evidently been taking them for quite some time. Back in 2008, he even rapped "I am a prisoner, locked up behind Xanax bars." In 2007, when Lil Wayne was arrested for infamously possessing a weapon, he was also found to be in possession of a prescription bottle containing some marijuana and eleven Xanax bars. Further back, in August 2006, he was arrested in an Atlanta hotel after being found with 60 Xanax pills and 59 hydrocodone (Vicodin) pills. Whether or not Wayne's seizures are due to him ceasing his benzodiazepine use abruptly or due to him binging and not taking any for a day or two is anyone's guess. However, it is vital to understand that opiates are not known for prompting seizures and that lean almost certainly has nothing to do with this. This leads me to my next point, that Xanax and other benzodiazepines, which have become increasingly popular in the hip-hop culture, are very serious drugs that can subtly cause extremely serious addiction.
You guys, if we all go to a Steve Aoki concert together, get to the front under the raft then just let it fall, WE COULD KILL STEVE AOKI.
