This would fit right in on 1999 alt-rock radio playlist right between 311 and P.O.D.
This is great, wish it was on bandcamp.
Disco is a great song, but I... I want to hear more Geese. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hb3lnUx0xO0
Grant gets there on 'Girl Who Live on Heaven Hill'. I badly want a blast beat + tremolo picking version of that song to exist.
I wouldn't mind seeing either of these bands, but "It's Time" lacks a certain excitement that I would expect when promoting a rock tour. Like, I'm gonna go add a gallon of water to this polyethylene glycol/salt mixture because _it's time_ to prep for my colonoscopy.
Hot Snakes have never steered me wrong.
'Die Slow' kinda works. Young Thug over twinkly guitars piqued my interest. Then some unfortunate butt rock happened :(
The Argus Array has detected an increase in groaning along the Romulan border.
Funny and dark are absolutely co-existing elements here. I think the majority of Nirvana's catalog is about exploring depression in a playful, self-aware way. That leaves a lot of room for the listener to identify with either side of it at a given moment. There are of course deviations that are completely earnest or totally silly nonsense, but it's the balance that makes the band. Without that balance, you get the dregs of post-grunge.
This is similar to what I experience with Firefox on desktop.
Jello Biafra is leaving serious money on the table by not selling rants about yuppies on Cameo.
I just wish Jade Tree was here to see it with us.
Love the little change near the end of the song. also, TRACK 8: WHAT IS UP, MY DARUDES

We need a skate punk themed Power Point template that makes a pick-scrape sound on every transition.
Sketch Light is the Thurston taste I crave, with ZERO CALORIES!

30 seconds in, and I'm sold! Bring on the mangled chorus guitars.
It's so, so much better than Luciferian Towers. Gonna just bask in it this weekend.
big, chunky, deeply satisfying... Their 2019 demo is also great.
Enumclaw is the most punk band name available, given that Regional Justice Center is already taken. Gimme that hooky mope-rock.
Just gorgeous pedal steel.
Sensible evening music for later: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Qs1J612nZs
This is in fact, wonderful.
"Girl (I Love Jesus Too)" I'm so happy they got the Danielson dude to do this.
Not sure if not on bandcamp or if I just can't find it due to bc's terrible search feature.
Nobody ever talks about the stage monitors that get smashed by guitars. When I was twelve, I mowed lawns for an entire summer just to get money to buy my first wedge. Not that I had anything to plug into it, but I loved it anyway. I wanted to keep it close, so I took it with me to bed. I laid my head against the carpeted side to dream of someday being a PA hero. Today I can hardly remember those dreams, but I can still feel the impression left by the "Peavey" logo badge on my cheek.
"I can’t decide whether to call it pop-punk or power-pop" This the catnip of rock. I wanna roll around in a pile of this.
