the album fishmonger by underscores is the best thing i have heard this year other than black country, new road. it is a hyperpop gen z mess and i listened to it about 25 times in 2 days
i think that is what will happen. my understanding is that headliners get a cool million for 'surprise' dropping a record within a few days of performance - if i remember correctly beyonce and kendrick both did that
the idea of weezer and their management discussing “what would get people on the internet talking” while making an album kind of explains the band post 2000 or 2003 in a way i felt but could not quite explain before
w tom skinner on drums i am hoping for another weird fela kuti jam session like that amok record
my ability to believe this story will mostly rely on its proximity to or distance from the pope ripping incident
is this a continuation of their reunion ? bc i saw them at p4k a few years ago - and agree blow out comb is right up there w madvillainy and rtj
i love this festival and will probably attempt to go to at least a couple of these shows. supposedly portishead is playing
now that kraftwerk is in (finally) i can turn my attention to complaining that devo is not in
Elbow has been a favorite for me since I found a UK import used CD copy of Cast of Thousands - still my favorite of theirs. And I got to see them play my favorite track off of it in 2009 - Grace Under Pressure Anyways I love this band and their George Bush record “Leaders of the Free World” is wildly underrated
throw it over the fence, let arbys deal with it
the thing about this song is that it is bad
lightning bolt's last record was one of their best - and their live show is brilliant if u haven't seen it
this will be cool instead of the white stripes covers albums they usually release
this seems like the time to tell you guys that i saw devo at desert daze and it was amazing and tony hawk was like one foot away from me
one of the producers of the black country, new road record said on his website that he had been already working on the new MBV material w kevin - hopefully !
YES ! i was there too and that has been my number one over Bob Dylan with Kings of Leon opening, Beach House Teen Dream Tour, the Strokes on First Impressions Tour, Radiohead at United Center
*sits in corner crying* "its just a weird album rollout ... its just a weird album rollout"
This is sad. I kept my tickets for this show in mind as a carrot dangling in front of my increasingly isolated life. I wonder what this says about Coachella bc these dates and the rescheduled ones were I think to coincide with his Coachella performances ?
BUT MICHAEL SMITH, 2.6 MILLION PANDORA LISTENERS PER MONTH WILL BE DEVASTATED
where that preorder tob come on man this track got my wallet open
this song is better than anything i will ever create
does eve6 have 2.6 million monthly pandora listeners ?
i must be watching too much community if all i can think of when reading that headline is dean pelton and britta perry
Rule number one - THERE ARE NO RULES. Rule number two - NO OUTSIDE FOOD. Anyone ?
The Strokes make Is This It Everyone : Wow ! The Strokes make Room on Fire Everyone : But it sounds too much like Is This It The Strokes make bonkers First Impressions of Earth Everyone : But it isn't enough like Is This It The Strokes take a break Everyone : But come back tho The Strokes make an amazing comeback record Everyone : But its not as good as Is This It The Strokes make a fantastic 80's inspired pop record Everyone : But its not as good as Is This It The Strokes make a cool and weird EP kind of inspired by Julian's side band the Voidz Everyone : But its not enough music The Strokes take a break Everyone : But come back The Strokes release their best record in 15 years and it is staggeringly good on every conceivable level Everyone : U guys are kind of old now

wait have we reviewed every tweet he has ever written to make sure he has never potentially vaguely offended any group ?
DIARY OF TODD ZILLA FANS REVOLT
please for the love of god dont give these to ad agencies on public transit
you, enough to click, probably read and comment.
bono was not yet on the mt. rushmore of blowhards when this came out. that being said this is a great record and so is the one that came after it. also the remixes of 'new york' from the various electrical storm singles are lit if u haven't heard them.
